Great late evening bites place. The dan dan noodles and especially the beef roll were spectacular. Staff were friendly and service was quick, especially for the time of the night (10pm-ish).
-
Love the beef noodle soup, dan dan noodles, and leek empanadas. Get the hand pulled noodles. Didn't love the xlb, skin is thick. The pancake scallion and pan fried dumplings weren't crispy enough.
-
The beef roll was awesome and so was the pork and shrimp dumplings. The noodle soup was really good too if you get the handmade noodles.
-
I was born in Shandong, and it doesn't get more authentic than this. The beef pancake rolls and noodles were fantastic... I've yet to find a place in NY that can compare.
-
The beef roll is really good. We go pretty regularly. However we found a piece of cloth in it about halfway through and they wouldn't refund it. We still get the dumplings and beef noodle soup.

The green chili/cilantro sauce stuff they had is really good. If they bottled it up and sold it I would buy it in bulk.

Easily one of my favorite places. They definitely turned this place around from four years ago. Much cleaner and better kept. Service improved too!
-
I'm at a loss for words on the beef roll here, but like others, am tempted towards hyperbole. If you're ever organizing a big dinner in the SGV, fun to do this as the appetizer beforehand.
-
Had the beef roll just like everyone suggested. While good, I thought it was still overly hyped. Good value though. Easily feeds two for $9
-
If you get a noodle soup make sure to get hand torn noodles. It's a great upgrade.

The service is great. Food is superb. Sweet and sour soup,..no words!

Beef roll is good. They use the meat from the beef shank. Most of their noodles don't have much taste. Pot stickers are bland. Just stick with the beef roll.

My beef rolls seem to have more meat when I go later (past 10pm). Could be a total coincidence.
